This course is for beginners and those who would like to deepen their experience and meditate together as a group.
This is a perfect way to start your practice in a supported space – guided mediation in the comfort of your home. Experience moments of stillness and notice how you feel. Letting your thoughts and emotions just be there as they are brings calm and relief. This is a great tool to reduce stress and anxiety.
3 Sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Introduction 10 minutes, Practice 20 minutes, Questions and Reflections.
