Welcome to my Yoga Therapy

My clients say that they feel at ease and well during and after each session.

Classes may include talks and practice –  Movement, Breathing, guided Meditation, Nutrition,  restorative practice. You can choose what suits you at this moment.

Natural movements are combined with classic yoga poses – you are invited to listen to your body where it wants to go and then again follow me.

I believe our body can heal itself when we listen to it, when we are kind to ourselves. It creates space for healing and progress. 

Classes & Workshops

I work mostly with private clients and small groups. All my yoga sessions are tailored to your specific needs, whether it’s improving flexibility, reducing stress or enhancing overall fitness. Classes are in person or online.

Lower back pain release

We address the causes of lower back pain such us weak core, hamstrings, feet and tight shoulders.

Shoulder and Neck release

We work on shoulder mobility, neck strengthening and releasing engaging back and core. 

Feet, Knees & Hips

We work on strengthening feet and knees and aligning hips with diagonal and asymmetrical movements and other techniques. 

Spine Health

Engaging legs and core, making rotations, back bends and forward bends safe. 

Menopause Symptoms

We explore ways to ease symptoms in a natural way using breathing, movement, nutrition and connection.

We notice what is happening within us and hold it with kindness – whatever it is today. 

My Story

I came to yoga in 2008 from the corporate world. Yoga taught me that through kind and attentive bodywork and breathing we can release stress and become more resilient and happy in everyday life.

It helped me not only to become stronger and more aware in my body but also to become more open to the world, to be present, to understand and face my fears, strengths and feelings, to accept them, live through. I learned to be sensitive to my body, which always gives me a feedback of what I feel and what I need at the moment.

I completed a range of courses in different areas of yoga teaching in different countries. My biggest learning is that creating a safe space for my clients provides big support in anything we do together. I am based in Prague and Marbella. During Covid I started online teaching, and now I am very happy to continue with it in addition to in person classes.

I combine Eastern ans Western knowledge and wisdom in my teaching and what I have learned from my clients’ and my own experience. I believe our body can heal itself when we listen to it.
