We move mindfully being aware of our breathing, adapting the level and pace to the group today, mood, weather, how you feel. You may rest at any time or do more - I offer different versions of our flow.
All classes are different, you will never be bored and always leave the class with a smile.
Joy of movement, getting to know your own body and being kind to yourself are key to peace and feeling good.
Anyone can join (no yoga experience needed) and you don't need to flexible! Please feel free to contact me to talk about your expectations, health, goals or any other questions you have.
